Discount retail boss James Dungan, co-owner of the Jimmy’s Superstore chain, has denied at the Workplace Relations Commission that he ordered a disciplinary process this spring to penalise the worker, Rebecca Rowley, for a WRC complaint challenging the alleged imposition of new rules on holidays without prior notice.
